Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital products once they’ve been purchased and delivered.If you experience a problem with your file (e.g. a download error or missing content), please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist or resend the file.

2. Physical Products (e.g. mugs)We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed under the following conditions:– You contact us at nurseloungecafe@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item– You include your order number and clear photos of the issue– We confirm that the damage, misprint, or defect qualifies under our return policyWe do not offer refunds for:– Buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders– Colour or design differences due to screen display settings– Delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services3.
