This training is designed to give any professional an overview of what the role of a Nurse Assessor entails. Nurse Assessor for Continuing Health care funding is a role whereby a Decision support tool is populated during an assessment of patient needs.
All roles within the process are explained. Including family, social services and the patient.

If you are a nurse looking for a new role this training will give you an idea if you would like to apply for a position and become a Nurse Assessor. This is a very interesting and challenging role.
